Funding sources

CDRN derives its income from three major sources: donors who respond favourably to proposals introduced to them, fees on commissioned work, and charges for the sale of miscellaneous services (such as selling in-house publications).

We make it a policy to restrict our “commissioned income” to no more than a third of our total income.

CDRN's financial year changed to January - December in 2008. For the period July 2007 to December 2008, a copy of the full audit report and financial statements is available upon request.

During this period, our income was Ushs. 1,018 million (U.shs 823 million the previous year).
