What we aim to do

We aim to provide high quality technical support services that meet identified needs, influence decisions in the environments in which Civil Society Organisations operate, and work to ensure that CDRN has the capacity to fulfil its mission.

Our Activities:

  1. Training individuals (staff and Board members) from Civil Society Organisations so that they are more effective in carrying out their duties.
  2. Supporting communities in carrying out Action Research projects around improving their participation as citizens and demanding good governamce and accountability
  3. Supporting District NGO umbrella organisations so that they can more effectively meet the needs of their member organisations
  4. Developing training manuals, policy briefs and other resource materials.
  5. Carrying out research and producing reports
  6. Providing consultancy services
  7. Working with and supporting national and international networks of Civil Society Organisations
  8. Selling books on development, maintaining a Resource Room and hiring out our meeting room.
